We inspect and ensure every product is in reasonable condition before delivery. However, you will be given 7 calendar days to request a return of an item from the date you received it, should it have any defects or is faulty.
– Your item must be unused and in the same condition as per delivered.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
– Due to hygiene issues, masks and face shields and alike products are non-returnable.
Please drop an email to email@example.com indicating item(s) and the number of items to be returned, your reason for returning the item, and whether you are seeking a replacement or refund. Your requests will be reviewed and we will keep you updated on the outcome.
Only upon communication on the return of products, then you should arrange for the delivery of the item back to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
